This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation. This session is about embracing Winter and all the virtues it represents - strength, courage and wisdom.

This session is about embracing Winter and all the virtues it represents - strength, courage and wisdom. The cooler and darker days invite us into a more slower meditative space to rest and and reflect. This deeply nourishing yin time and restorative practices will give us the needed energy and creativity for the coming months.
If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 4 weeks after the event.
No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
