Autumn is the time for letting go and slowly preparing for the cooler months by supporting your immunity and lungs. This practice will include a hold and release body scan practice to help soften and let go of what we don’t need to hold onto.
If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 2 weeks after the event.
No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
