This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation, to help create an effortless space to bring calm and help you prepare for the new year.

Heading into a fresh new year is the perfect time to give yourself solitude and quiet time to reflect where you are and resource yourself moving forward. During this rest and recovery session we will mentally prepare for the beginning of the year and embrace the work/school/study/projects ahead. You’ll feel energised and have more clarity on how to find flow in the following months.
If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 2 weeks after the event.
No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
