This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation. This session is all about providing time and space to reflect a little deeper on what truly matters.

This session is all about providing time and space to reflect a little deeper on what truly matters so that we can relax more into the moment and what is important to us in our one precious life.
If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 4 weeks after the event.
No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
