The poet Rumi asks: Do you make regular visits to yourself?

This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will be a welcome opportunity to unwind, recover and rest deeply.

This practice will help to guide your precious resource, your attention, inward, so that you can support yourself with ease.

Drawing on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation, will help create an effortless space to return to and nourish your senses, again and again.

Giving yourself permission to rest and reflect will help create a more nourishing life that feeds your body and mind, your relationships and your inner wisdom more deeply.

If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 2 weeks after the event.

No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
