This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation. In this session you will be led through a breathing and visualisation practice to nourish and energise your body, heart and mind.

In this session you will be led through a breathing and visualisation practice to nourish and energise your body, heart and mind. This helps reduce stress and create a safe and nurturing space for your inner world to feel lighter and more content.
If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 4 weeks after the event.
No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
