This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation. This session is about creating a space for gentle self acceptance. When we are self-accepting, we learn to embrace all the parts of us.

This session is about creating a space for gentle self acceptance. When we are self-accepting, we learn to embrace all the parts of us. This practice will include self compassionate exercises to help quieten the inner critic and enhance the calm and loving voice within each of us.
If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 4 weeks after the event.
No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf…
