This one hour nourishing treat session with Jo Gibbs will draw on the gentle art of Qi Gong based movement, relaxation, and meditation. In this session we will invite and explore flow in the body, mind and breath using simple practices that support steadiness, curiosity and ease.

“How can you follow the course of your life if you do not let in the flow? Lao TZU

As humans we often get caught up in the current of busyness and stress. In this session we will invite and explore flow in the body, mind and breath using simple practices that support steadiness, curiosity and ease.

If you can’t make the session it will be recorded for you to watch it any time in the comfort of your own home and space for 2 weeks after the event.

No previous practice is required. The movement will be gentle and modifications offered for those who need it. It is best to wear warm comfortable clothes and have some blankets, a cushion or pillow and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the meditation. You may also want a soft scarf or hand towel to cover the eyes while practicing deep rest.
